We’re on the lookout for a bright, bubbly, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Mermaid Central Medical Clinic. If you're passionate about patient care, love a fast-paced environment, and have experience with Best Practice software, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

- Permanent part-time position (Monday to Friday)

- Varied shift times – flexibility is key!

- Front desk reception duties, patient bookings, answering phones, managing enquiries

- Supporting a team of experienced doctors and nurses

- Friendly, supportive, and professional workplace

What We’re Looking For:

- A bright, warm, and bubbly personality – first impressions matter!

- Previous experience in a medical receptionist role (essential)





- Proficiency in Best Practice software (essential)

- Excellent communication and multitasking skills

- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills
