About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical receptionist to join our team at Precision radiology and pain WA in our Bunbury clinic, providing essential support in our medical imaging clinic to ensure high-quality radiology services for our patients.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

- Register patients and verify referral forms and patient details.

- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.

- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to patient enquiries by phone and email.

- Provide patients with accurate information about appointments, preparation instructions and clinic

- Assist with Medicare claiming, invoicing and payment reconciliation as authorised.

About you





- Available to work full day on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (27hrs/week)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and welcoming manner.

- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients, families and healthcare professionals.

- Valuable computer skills and confidence in managing appointments, patient records, emails and telephone enquiries.

- Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare administration is highly regarded, although not essential for the right candidate.
