About the role

Are you curious, self motivated and ready to build a career in healthcare sales? As our Medical Sales Cadet, you’ll learn to sell under the guidance of a Sales Manager with 14 years of clinical training and experience. This is a busy, face to face role with plenty of time on the road, working with hospitals and specialty clinics across WA.

With over 1,500 medical consumables, equipment and furniture lines in our catalogue, there’s always something new to learn. When you’re not out with customers, you’ll work from our Bassendean office alongside the team.

Responsibilities

- Visit customers in hospitals and clinics, building strong relationships with clinicians and procurement teams
- Learn our product range and demonstrate products with confidence, including inservice education
- Find and follow up recent sales opportunities,



and grow your own portfolio of customers
- Prepare quotes and follow them through to orders
- Work closely with our customer service and warehouse team to make sure customers are well looked after

What we’re looking for

- A self starter with drive, who takes ownership and wants to build something
- Strong problem solving skills and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
- Confidence building relationships in person, and happy to spend much of your week in the field
- Comfortable working in hospital and specialty clinic settings
- Organised, reliable and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Full working rights in Australia (we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship)
- A current driver’s licence
- Clinical experience preferred. A nursing or allied health background would be a great fit.

What we offer

- $90,000 to $100,000 per annum plus super
