Salary: $77,000 – 85,000 per annum super

- Accredited Services: We are certified Sintakote applicators with Steel Mains and proud Water Corporation- government accredited panel members, actively supplying skilled labour and products to major water infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
- Pipe Spooling and Piping: Specialists in Mild Steel Cement Lined (MSCL), Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex spooling, with a strong focus on MSCL applications.
- Full Fabrication & Welding: Working with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, we adhere to AS1554 and AS4041 standards to ensure quality and compliance.
- Structural Steel & Metalworks: From platforms and handrails to mesh structures and architectural metal landscapes, we provide robust and custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for projects
- Select and prepare metal stock




- Cut marked-out metal sections and shapes using hand tools and machinery
- Bend metal components and pipes using different techniques
- Align components using callipers, rulers, etc. and clamp pieces
- Inspect and evaluate welds for bead quality, penetration, accuracy, and overall precision.
- Finish fabricated products through cleaning, polishing, filing, and chemical treatment.
- Smooth and refine welds by filing, chiselling, and grinding to meet required quality standards
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.

Requirements

- AQF Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent or relevant experience
- 1 -2 years of work experience
- Fabrication skills in Steel, (solid wire) and/or Aluminium Welding, MIG/TIG
- Ability to meet production schedule deadlines and consistently produce high quality workmanship whilst maintaining a safe workplace setting
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
