Perth Detailing Carstyle is looking for motivated people to join our growing car detailing team in Perth.

We are mainly looking for detailers with previous experience or people with an intermediate level who want to improve their skills, understand professional detailing standards, and potentially receive regular work opportunities.

This is also a good opportunity for someone who already has experience in car wash, interior cleaning, full detailing, polishing, dealerships, or mobile detailing, and wants to grow with a qualified detailing business.

Before starting work, selected applicants will go through our Carstyle induction process. This helps us make sure everyone understands our standards, safety rules, customer vehicle care, detailing process, and quality expectations.

Experience we are looking for:

✅ Car washing or car detailing experience

✅ Interior cleaning experience

✅ Full detail experience is highly preferred

✅ Basic polishing or paint correction experience is a bonus

✅ Mobile detailing experience is a bonus

✅ Ability to work carefully around customer vehicles

✅ Willingness to follow instructions and improve

Training and development may include:

✅ Carstyle workflow and quality standards

✅ Basic Detail process

✅ Professional Full Detail process

✅ Paint Correction training

✅ Ceramic Coating training

✅ Practical assessments and hands-on guidance

✅ Opportunity to grow into more advanced work or commission-based jobs

Pay and opportunities:

Pay may vary depending on experience, skill level, reliability, equipment, and job type.

Starting rates may range from $26.50 to $55 per hour, or commission-based payments for suitable candidates.

As you improve and show quality, reliability, and efficiency, there may be opportunities for more work, better pay structures, or commission-based detailing jobs.
