About Precious Capital Finance

Precious Capital Finance is a boutique mortgage and finance brokerage. We are credentialed with the MFAA and FBAA, and we have access to a panel of more than 40 lenders. We help clients with home loans, refinancing, investment lending, car and equipment finance, personal loans, and specialist lending. Our approach is built on integrity, transparency and long-term client relationships.

As we grow, we are inviting motivated people to join our broker network. This includes established brokers, newly qualified brokers, and people who want to move into finance broking.

The Role

- Understand each client’s financial position and goals, and recommend suitable lending solutions
- Prepare, lodge and manage loan applications from first contact through to settlement
- Work with lenders, BDMs and other professionals to get the best outcomes for clients
- Meet best interests duty and responsible lending obligations
- Keep accurate records in our CRM and build lasting client relationships

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from people at all stages of their career, including:

- Experienced mortgage and finance brokers looking for a supportive new home
- Newly qualified brokers who want mentoring and development
- People with a background in banking, real estate, sales, accounting or customer service who are interested in becoming brokers

Desirable

- Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and/or Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management, or a willingness to complete it. We can guide you through the process.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated, ethical and client-focused approach
