Club Lime, part of Viva Leisure, is looking for a Multi Club Manager to lead our two Goulburn clubs, just 150 metres apart on Lansdowne Street and Hume Street. Moving between sites is a short stroll, so you can spend your time where it counts: coaching your team, connecting with members and lifting performance at both clubs.

This is a role for a leader who brings energy and fresh ideas. You will have real freedom to shape operational standards, turn insights into action and build clubs where your team feels motivated and members feel inspired. Both clubs are part of a growing, well-loved network, and your leadership will help shape what comes next.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate III/IV in Fitness (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors
- Demonstrated people management and team leadership experience
- Proven sales aptitude with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet targets
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a passion for engaging both team members and clients to strengthen the brand. Skilled in supporting diverse tasks and mentoring future leaders to help them achieve peak performance
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence through strong organisational and formal operational skills. Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively, with a proactive mindset,



eagerness to learn, and agility in adapting to evolving business needs
- Ability to be a role model and live our Viva values, and behaviours while being passionate about our brands. You will demonstrate professionalism, respect, courtesy and support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Deliver an exceptional member experience by greeting all visitors, supporting enquiries and trialists, and helping members find training options that meet their needs.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support.
- Manage rostering and payroll processes accurately, ensuring staffing levels meet business and member needs.
- Maintain high operational standards by ensuring clubs are clean, safe, well-presented, and fully equipped at all times.
- Oversee equipment maintenance, safety checks, incident reporting, and inventory management across multiple locations.
- Support local area marketing initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance member engagement and community awareness.
- Complete administrative tasks with attention to detail and ensure full compliance with Viva Leisure policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
