About the role

We’re looking for a versatile, design-led creative to help bring Vudoo’s brand, technology and commercial stories to life.

Location: New York, NY

Base salary: US$95,000–$120,000

You’ll work across graphic design, video, motion and digital content, producing everything from high-stakes client presentations and product demos to campaign creative, event experiences and short-form video.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, thinks visually and knows how to turn complex ideas into clear, compelling creative.

You’ll sit within Vudoo’s Global Marketing team, supporting our Northern Hemisphere markets and working closely with our North American commercial team in New York.



You’ll help us move faster in-market while contributing creative work that can be used across our global business.

What you'll do

Commercial storytelling & sales enablement

- Design compelling pitch decks, retailer and agency presentations, commercial proposals and executive materials.
- Translate complex product capabilities and commercial concepts into clear visual narratives, diagrams, mock-ups and demonstrations.
- Create product sizzle reels, concept videos and prototype visuals that help commercial teams communicate new opportunities.

Brand, campaign & digital design

- Develop high-quality creative across digital campaigns, social media, website, email and partner marketing.
- Adapt and localise global campaign assets for North American audiences and commercial opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of Vudoo's visual identity across channels.

Video, motion & content production

- Edit short-form videos, executive interviews, product demonstrations, social content and event highlights.
- Combine footage, screen recordings, graphics and motion to create engaging product and brand stories.
- Support podcast and thought leadership content through video editing, promotional clips and associated creative assets.
- Use emerging AI and creative production tools to improve speed, quality and efficiency.

Events & market activation

- Design event branding, signage, presentation materials, digital invitations and supporting campaign collateral.
- Work with Marketing and regional stakeholders to develop engaging creative concepts for conferences, executive dinners and industry activations.
- Support event content capture and the production of post-event marketing assets.

Creative operations & collaboration





- Work closely with North American commercial stakeholders and the Global Marketing team to translate briefs into effective creative.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines, taking ownership from concept through to delivery.
- Maintain organised, reusable creative assets and templates.
- Collaborate with external production partners and suppliers where required.

What you'll bring

Approximately 4–6 years' experience in multimedia design, digital design, brand creative or a similar role.

A solid graphic design foundation, with demonstrated ability across presentations, digital campaigns and visual storytelling.

Solid video editing skills and working knowledge of motion graphics.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Experience creating polished presentations in Google Slides or PowerPoint.

A portfolio demonstrating versatility across design, video and commercial or brand storytelling.

The ability to work independently, respond to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work at pace.

Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior commercial stakeholders.

Bonus points for:

Experience in B2B technology, advertising, media or SaaS.

Product visualisation, interface mock-ups or demonstration videos.

Event creative, photography or content capture.

Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.

Podcast or interview editing experience.
