We're inviting interested applicants to take part in a Group Recruitment Session, where you'll have the opportunity to learn more about our business, meet the team, understand what our roles involve and explore whether National Glass could be the right fit for you.

No previous glass manufacturing experience? No worries! We provide training to help you get started.

What opportunities are available?

We're looking for motivated and reliable people to join our Townsville team across multiple manufacturing and warehouse positions, including:

- Process Workers – Assist with glass manufacturing and processing activities, operate machinery once trained and authorised, and help maintain production and quality standards.

- Drivers – Support the safe and timely transportation and delivery of products. Relevant licence requirements will depend on the position.





- Loaders and Unloaders – Assist with loading and unloading glass and other materials, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Whether you're experienced in manufacturing, warehousing or transport, or looking for an opportunity to learn something new, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll ideally bring

- A strong commitment to workplace safety.

- Reasonable computer literacy, where required for the position.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

- The ability to meet the inherent requirements of the position, with reasonable workplace adjustments considered where applicable.

Different roles may have additional requirements, such as the relevant driver's licence for driving positions.
