About the role?

Reporting to the New Car Sales Manager, you will be applying your skills to connect with our customers and help them find the perfect Toyota vehicle for their needs. Your tasks include but are not limited to:

- Building, developing, and fostering customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty throughout the purchasing journey.

- Professional execution from the initial prospect enquiry, the sales journey through to delivery handover and post-sales follow-up

- Adhering to set and best practice operating procedures, processes, data accuracy and integrity.

- Learning, building, and maintaining an excellent product knowledge base

- Assisting with showroom tasks and operations.





- Meeting KPI accountability and other performance outcomes.

- 5-day work week with Rostered Saturdays.

What are we looking for?

- Previous sales experience in the automotive industry is highly regarded.

- Previous proven Sales Experience working with KPI's is essential.

- Passionate about creating an amazing customer experience.

- Ability to work autonomously and execute effective time management.

- Excellent communication skills and computer literacy.

- KPI driven with a tenacious mindset and a drive for continous improvement.

- A Team Player who contributes to a postive working environment.

- Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence.
