No previous experience is required. If you enjoy talking with people, have a positive attitude and are willing to learn, we'll provide two weeks of paid training, ongoing coaching and the support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll spend your day speaking with existing supporters over the phone, having positive conversations and building genuine connections.

Your role will include

- Speaking with existing supporters
- Having friendly and professional conversations
- Building positive relationships through great communication
- Following clear systems and processes
- Developing valuable customer service skills




- Learning through paid training and ongoing coaching
- Working alongside a supportive team

No cold calling and no previous experience required. We'll help you develop the skills and confidence you need.

Your Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

Alternate Fridays: 10:00am – 6:15pm

Every second Friday is yours!
