This role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring performance, and resolving issues. /n Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality patient care is delivered.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote protected and efficient patient care.

- Monitor staff performance and patient satisfaction and make recommendations for improvements.

- Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, transfers, and discharges.

- Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.

- Manage and respond to patient complaints and concerns.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.

- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.

- Develop and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.

- Active nursing license in the state of employment.

- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
