We have Full Time and Part Time opportunities available in Griffith, Narrandera, Leeton and Wagga Wagga.

What we offer

- Guaranteed base salary starting at $82,000 super & leave loading for current graduates and up to $125,000 super & leave loading for experienced therapists who can provide internal supervision.
- A structured incentive program where total remuneration in excess of the base salary can be earned when KPI targets are met.
- Potential total earnings for an experienced therapist, including base salary and incentive payments of up to $155,000 per year subject to eligibility and performance.
- Salary packaging and flexible working arrangements.
- Paid parental leave (after 2 years of service).
- Structured supervision, professional development, and a PD allowance.
- $5,000 Relocation assistance for the right candidate.
- The opportunity to earn an additional week of leave for use over the Christmas shut town period, if targets are achieved.

What you’ll need

- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualifications
- Registration with AHPRA
- A current Class C Drivers Licence
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one before starting
