About the role The Office Manager plays an important role in supporting the effective operation of our Tasmanian business. Working closely with the Tasmanian Service Manager and broader operations team, the role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of our service operations and ensuring the Hobart office runs efficiently. This is a varied position requiring robust organisation, attention to detail and the ability to take responsibility for tasks through to completion.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinating maintenance visits, breakdown callouts and repair works with our Service Manager and technicians
- Logging, tracking and closing out service jobs and ensuring completed work is invoiced promptly
- Managing maintenance contracts, renewals and important compliance dates
- Responding to customer enquiries and helping ensure our clients receive a high level of service
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the Hobart office
- Ordering parts and stock and coordinating suppliers
- Supporting our sales team with quotes, tenders and client documentation
- Supporting our project team with purchase orders, deliveries and project administration




- Maintaining staff licence, training, vehicle, tool and compliance records
- Keeping our Hobart and Port Melbourne teams organised and connected

About you

- Highly organised and dependable individual who takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Experience in office management, service coordination or administration, particularly within a trades, construction, building services or field-service environment
- Confident using business systems and Microsoft 365
- Capable of managing competing priorities
- Comfortable working with technicians, suppliers, clients and management
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgement
- Proactive approach to ensuring tasks are followed through to completion
