If you’re an experienced hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations leader who loves working with people, building great teams and being close to the action, this could be a fantastic next step.

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead housekeeping operations across a portfolio of approximately 8–12 hotels. It’s a role with plenty of variety, combining time in the hotels with people leadership, client relationships and oversight of operational performance. You’ll be someone who understands what great housekeeping looks like, enjoys bringing out the best in others and can comfortably balance the needs of your teams, hotel partners and the broader business.

The opportunity

This is a role where relationships really matter. You’ll work closely with Housekeeping Managers and hotel leaders, getting to know each property and helping your teams deliver a consistently great service.

You’ll spend your time

- Leading housekeeping operations across 8–12 hotel properties
- Building genuine, trusted relationships with hotel leaders and key stakeholders
- Coaching and supporting Housekeeping Managers to get the best from their teams
- Helping create a positive experience for team members and hotel partners
- Keeping housekeeping quality and service standards front of mind
- Balancing great service with labour, productivity and operational performance
- Working alongside teams to solve challenges and keep things running smoothly
- Looking for practical ways to improve service and the way things are done
- Supporting a safe, inclusive and positive working environment
- Getting involved in new hotel mobilisations and other projects as opportunities arise

What you’ll bring

This role will suit a leader who enjoys being visible, building relationships and understanding what’s happening across their hotels.



You’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved when needed, working alongside your teams rather than simply directing from the sidelines.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality operations
- Multi-site experience or senior leadership experience within a hotel environment
- A genuine passion for leading, coaching and developing people
- The confidence to build strong relationships with clients and hotel stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of labour and productivity
- A practical mindset and the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused when challenges arise
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The flexibility to travel regularly between properties
