About the Role

/n

/nAs the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of all operational functions within this busy flagship store. Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations, oversee inventory management, optimise stock flow and maintain exceptional back-of-house standards./n

/n

/nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, drive operational efficiencies and play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience through strong execution behind the scenes./n

- Previous leadership experience in retail operations, inventory or stock management, ideally within fashion or specialty retail

/n

- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment

/n

- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock flow and back-of-house operations

/n

- A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse reports and drive operational performance

/n

- Passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams

/n

- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

/n

- The ability to support outstanding visual merchandising through effective stock availability and operational execution
