We're looking for a part time Operations Manager to join our team in Oakleigh. This person will keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll handle:

- Enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotes
- Scheduling our electricians and apprentices
- Keeping tools, stock and job records in order in simPRO

What we're offering

- Around 3 days a week, with flexibility on which days
- Hybrid working, split between our Oakleigh office and home
- A negotiable rate based on your experience, plus super
- Real potential to go full time as the business grows

We want someone highly organised, with great attention to detail and a friendly, confident manner on the phone. Experience in trades or construction is a bonus but not essential. We're happy to train the right person.
