Role Description The Operations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD. In this position, the specialist will manage day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating deliveries, monitoring shipment status, and ensuring service-level agreements are met. The role involves communicating with internal teams, external partners, and customers in both English and Mandarin to resolve operational issues and optimize workflows.

The specialist will track performance metrics, identify process improvements, and support the implementation of operational initiatives aligned with business goals.



The role also includes supporting sales and account management teams with operational insights and assisting in cross-border coordination with teams in China and other regions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in operations management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization within a logistics or similar environment.
- Proven project management abilities to plan, execute, and monitor operational projects and initiatives.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or courier services is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with MS Office and logistics management or ERP systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
