About the role

This is a varied, part time position involving payroll, compliance, crane allocation and general administration. We're looking for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative and is happy to get involved in all aspects of running a busy crane hire business.

Key responsibilities

- Processing weekly payroll, timesheets, overtime, allowances and applicable EBA requirements.
- Maintaining crane documentation, equipment registers, inspection records, employee licences and safety compliance.
- Managing HammerTech, Damstra, contractor inductions and site documentation.
- Preparing invoices and assisting with general accounts administration.
- Assisting with crane bookings, allocation and communication with customers, operators and other crane companies.
- Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general business administration.

About you

- Experience in payroll, accounts and administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated,



reliable and capable of working independently.
- Takes ownership of tasks and follows them through to completion.
- Confident learning new systems and solving problems.
- Able to manage changing priorities and urgent requests.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever required.
- Professional communication skills.
- Experience in construction, crane hire, transport or equipment hire.
- Knowledge of HammerTech and Damstra.
