Senior Oracle Functional Consultants -

Perth, WA | Oracle Fusion Cloud Transformation

LTM (formerly LTIMindtree) is seeking experienced Oracle Functional Consultants to support a large-scale Oracle transformation program in Perth. We are looking for senior Oracle professionals across one or more of the following - Finance, Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain, Asset Management (WACS), and Oracle Field Service (OFFS).

You will work across complex business transformation initiatives, providing functional leadership, solution design, assurance, governance, and implementation expertise while ensuring alignment with Oracle leading practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion functional workshops, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and business process transformation activities.
- Review and design end-to-end business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, Asset Management, and Field Service.
- Support requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and business readiness activities.
- Assess and optimise future-state operating models, controls, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Design and review integrations across Oracle ERP, PPM, SCM, Procurement, WACS, OFFS, HCM, Payroll, GIS, CRM,



and third-party applications.
- Drive fit-to-standard outcomes and challenge unnecessary customisation and process complexity.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and System Integrators to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Support data migration, reporting, security, controls, and change management activities.
- Provide leadership in solution governance, quality reviews, risk management, and issue resolution.

Skills & Experience

We are interested in professionals with expertise in one or more of the following:

Oracle Fusion Financials & Projects

- General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Tax, Cash Management, Expenses, Lease Accounting and Project Accounting
- Chart of Accounts, enterprise structures, subledger accounting and period close
- PPM costing and capitalisation

Oracle Fusion Procurement & Supply Chain

- Procure-to-Pay, Purchasing, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management
- Inventory, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain operations
- Supplier onboarding, catalogues and approval workflows

Oracle Utilities WACS

- Enterprise Asset Management
- Asset lifecycle management
- Maintenance planning, work management and regulatory compliance
- Utilities and asset-intensive industry experience

Oracle Field Service (OFFS)

- Scheduling, routing, dispatch and mobile workforce management




- Work order lifecycle and field operations
- Oracle Field Service integrations with ERP, HCM and Asset Management platforms

Required Experience

- 10-20+ years of Oracle applications experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in relevant functional domains
- Multiple end-to-end Oracle implementation or transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience working within large enterprise or multi-vendor environments
- Excellent documentation, analytical and communication skills

Highly Regarded

- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications
- Oracle Utilities or Oracle Field Service certifications
- SAP-to-Oracle transformation experience
- Utilities, energy, resources, infrastructure or asset-intensive industry experience
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
