About the role

We're looking for a friendly, reliable Order Fulfilment & Store Assistant to join our small team in Oakleigh, VIC. This is a part-time, hands-on role focused on getting our online orders out the door quickly and accurately. Most of your day will be spent picking, packing and dispatching orders from our e-commerce store, keeping customers updated and making sure every parcel is tracked properly.

You'll also unpack deliveries, keep our shelves stocked, and help customers in our cake decorating store when needed. We'll train you on our products, including our hero kitchen mixer. This role suits someone who likes being organised and busy, is comfortable on a computer, and doesn't mind physical work.

Key responsibilities

- Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time
- Process orders and update order statuses on our website
- Book shipments and track parcels with Australia Post, following up on any delays or issues
- Keep customers updated on their orders by email and phone
- Unpack incoming stock, check deliveries and load products onto shelves
- Keep the packing area and stockroom clean, tidy and organised




- Help with stock takes and general admin
- Help in-store customers with product questions and purchases when needed

About you

- Reliable, punctual and happy to get stuck in
- Comfortable using a computer, email and online systems
- Robust attention to detail, because getting the right order to the right person matters
- Able to lift boxes and be on your feet for most of the shift
- Friendly and clear when dealing with customers, in writing and in person
- Able to work on your own and manage your time
- Experience in warehousing, dispatch or retail is great but not essential, as full training is provided
