Do you love turning numbers and stories into insights that change lives? Does your heart beat for both people and animals? If you are looking for a role where your evaluation skills help connect people with rescue animals to create positive change, this role could be your pawfect match!
About Happy Paws Happy Hearts
At Happy Paws Happy Hearts (HPHH), we don’t just come to work. We come to make a difference in the lives of people and animals. We’re a national not-for-profit connecting socially isolated Australians with animals through programs that build confidence, connection and hope for the future.
From Darwin to Tasmania - the ears to the tail of Australia - we support participants with disability and neurodiversity, veterans and first responders, and young people at risk. Working in partnership with animal rescue shelters and training centres such as the RSPCA, participants gain structured, hands-on experience training, socialising and caring for rescue animals on their journey to adoption and assistance dogs in training. Along the way, they grow independence, social connection and the practical skills to step into, or return to, a vocational pathway.
We offer a supportive workplace where everyone is valued for the difference they make. At HPHH, every interaction creates impact, for hearts and paws alike.
