The vibe starts here

Looking for a part-time role where you can make an impact, alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do?

Our Knox City store is looking for someone to step in and lead the way on a fixed term parental leave contract available now and until Jan 10, 2028.

Why you’ll love it...

A solid crew, good perks, and plenty of opportunity

- Product allowance and generous staff discounts (in line with company policy) across Ozmosis and Kathmandu
- Team events, brand moments and a culture that celebrates wins
- Real opportunities to grow across retail and the broader business
- We are B Corp certified — sustainability and people are at the heart of everything we do. Work for a business that prioritises protecting the planet and giving back.

About the Role… As our Third In Charge, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance and deliver exceptional customer experience. You'll be a hands-on leader who leads by example, supports the team on the shop floor and helps keep the store running smoothly.

Whether you're coaching team members, helping to achieve sales targets or ensuring the store is looking its best, you'll play a key role in the success of the store.

This is a fixed term parental leave contract available now and until Jan 10, 2028.

What we're looking for...

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence leading by example and motivating a team.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including weekends, late nights and peak trading periods.
- A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle and the brands we represent.
