As our workload continues to grow, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Panel Beater to join our dedicated team of professionals.

This is a full-time, hands-on role best suited to someone who takes pride in producing clean, accurate work with a robust focus on quality and safety. In a fully air conditioned workshop our main goal is to provide quality repairs & finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out structural and cosmetic panel repairs to manufacturer standards

- Replace damaged panels and realign body structures as required

- Strip and refit components in preparation for repair and paint

- Operate repair equipment such as welders, dent pullers, and chassis jigs

- Collaborate with estimators, painters, and parts managers to produce quality workmanship

- Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Requirements

- Trade-qualified Panel Beater with Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair





- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role (post-trade preferred)

- Strong understanding of repair procedures and panel beating best practices

- Competency with hand tools, pulling systems, and welding techniques

- Ability to follow job sheets and work independently

- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to safe work practices

- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Current driver’s licence essential
