We are looking for paraplanners with independence to manage their own time and deliver high standard documents in line with our standards, initiative to seek out information and clarification where needed, and desire to establish ongoing relationships with our adviser and their support teams. You need to understand and take pride in the importance of our role in the overall advice process.

If you are able to engage and integrate well within our team and with our clients, you will have the opportunity to earn well above a typical paraplanning salaried role, with limitations largely set only by your own availability and skillset.

Experience Requirements

- Living in Australia with working-rights
- 4 years minimum paraplanning experience
- 2 years minimum experience with Xplan
- Experience with multi-entity advice
- Advanced diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of and ability to maintain strict security standards, in particular with regards to cyber protection
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to attend meetings via teams or similar
- ABN ready or happy to apply
