About the Role

As a Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, professional and patient-centred healthcare services while supporting the successful operation of our flagship pharmacy.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering exceptional patient care, medication counselling and professional healthcare advice.
- Ensuring accurate and protected dispensing in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Providing pharmacy services and supporting the development of professional services within your authorised scope of practice.
- Building positive relationships with patients and delivering a welcoming, customer-focused pharmacy experience.
- Supporting, mentoring and collaborating with pharmacy assistants and other team members.
- Maintaining high standards of pharmacy operations, compliance and medication safety.
- Contributing to a positive team culture and the ongoing growth and success of the pharmacy.

About You

We're looking for a pharmacist who combines clinical professionalism with genuine warmth, enthusiasm and a passion for helping people.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in community pharmacy.
- Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, organisational and people management capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and patient safety.




- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
- A genuine interest in continuous learning, professional development and expanded pharmacy services.
- A positive, enthusiastic approach and a desire to go above and beyond for patients and colleagues.
