Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead a team delivering high-quality commercial grounds and landscape maintenance.
- Operate zero-turn mowers, ride-on equipment and specialised grounds machinery.
- Oversee mowing, edging, pruning, planting and general horticultural works.
- Maintain premium turf, gardens and landscaped outdoor spaces.




- Manage irrigation systems, troubleshoot issues and complete minor repairs.
- Complete pre-starts, SWMS, Take 5s and accurate site reporting.
- Build strong client relationships and represent Solutions+ professionally.
- Monitor site presentation, quality standards and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate daily workloads, equipment and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Identify site improvements and proactively resolve maintenance and operational issues.

What will you need?

- A Current Drivers Licence (Manual or Auto)
- National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
- Working with Children Check, or willing to obtain.
