Monday, Wednesday & Friday | Evening Shifts

Landon Group is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to join our team at our client’s site in West Gosford, NSW.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic and presentable office spaces, toilets and kitchenette areas. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, follows cleaning instructions carefully, and can work independently to maintain consistent cleaning standards.

Work Schedule:

- Monday: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
- Wednesday: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
- Friday: 7:00pm - 9:00pm

Please ensure you’re available for all three shifts before applying.

Pay:

- Monday: $31.14 per hour from 5:00pm-6:00pm, then $35.20 per hour from 6:00pm-7:00pm, including the applicable evening loading.
- Wednesday & Friday: $35.20 per hour from 7:00pm-9:00pm, including the applicable evening loading.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include

- Cleaning and maintaining office areas, including desks and other accessible surfaces.
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets and associated fixtures.
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchenette areas, including benchtops, sinks and other accessible surfaces.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors as appropriate for each area.
- Emptying bins and disposing of general waste appropriately.
- Wiping surfaces and removing visible dirt, dust and marks.
- Using cleaning products safely and following appropriate cleaning procedures.
- Following site instructions and maintaining a consistent standard of cleanliness.
- Reporting any cleaning-related issues, damage or maintenance concerns when identified.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to attending all scheduled shifts.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable performing routine cleaning duties, including standing, walking, bending and repetitive movements.




- Familiarity with cleaning products and their protected use.
- Able to follow instructions, cleaning procedures and workplace safety requirements.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related communication or task tracking.
- Reliable transport to and from the site, particularly for evening shifts.
- Full Australian working rights.
