About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time & Casual Team Member (F&B; Attendant) to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements

Shifts & Availability

- Part-time role: Days and hours to be discussed and confirmed with the Restaurant Manager based on business needs
- Casual role: Flexible weekly shifts based on business needs
- Availability required: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM





Pay & Conditions

- Part-Time : $27.08 per hour + Superannuation + Annual/Sick leave
- Casual: From $33.85 per hour + Superannuation
- Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.
- Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
- Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.

Requirements

- Must hold valid Australian working rights
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Must hold a valid RSA certificate
