About The Fifth Orchard The Fifth Orchard is a rapidly growing UK-based exotic fruit and wellness brand, built around a easy philosophy: Live With Intention.

We specialise in sourcing and delivering some of the world’s rarest, most extraordinary tropical fruits, with a strong focus on nutrition, natural wellbeing and reconnecting people with what nature has to offer.

Having successfully established and scaled our UK operation to market leader status, our next mission is to take The Fifth Orchard across Australia.

We’re currently operating in Sydney, with existing suppliers, fulfilment infrastructure and funding already in place. However, Sydney is just the beginning.

Our vision is to expand nationwide, establish The Fifth Orchard as one of Australia’s leading exotic fruit and wellness brands, and build a seven-figure business within the next 12–24 months.

To achieve this, we’re looking for an exceptional individual to join us as a genuine 50/50 business partner.

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional job. It’s an opportunity to become a 50% shareholder in the Australian operation, working directly alongside the founder to build something substantial.

The business operates through a straightforward white-label fulfilment model. Our existing Australian supply and fulfilment partners handle the physical sourcing, packing and distribution of our products.

The business has already been funded, meaning we’re not looking for someone to provide the initial investment. We’re looking for someone who can bring their experience, commercial skills, energy and commitment to the table.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the Australian operation, developing supplier relationships, managing the customer experience and helping drive the business from its Sydney foundations into a nationally recognised brand.

You’ll work directly with the founder on strategy, marketing, expansion and long-term growth.

The foundations are already built. Now we need the right person to help take it nationwide.

Your Responsibilities

This is a hands-on, 360-degree business management role working alongside the founder, covering:

- Operations Management: Overseeing the daily running of The Fifth Orchard Australia and ensuring everything operates efficiently.
- Supplier Management:



Maintaining strong relationships with our existing suppliers and fulfilment partners, overseeing product quality, availability and pricing.
- E-Commerce Management: Managing our Shopify website, updating products, stock availability, descriptions, pricing and collections.
- Customer Experience: Handling customer service, enquiries, complaints, refunds and replacements while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
- Fulfilment Coordination: Working closely with our existing fulfilment team to ensure orders are processed and delivered successfully.
- National Expansion: Helping develop and execute our strategy to expand beyond Sydney into major cities and regions across Australia.
- Business Development: Identifying new suppliers, partnerships, product opportunities and additional revenue streams.
- Brand Growth: Collaborating with the founder on marketing, social media, customer acquisition and brand positioning.
- Commercial Performance: Monitoring business performance, profitability, operational costs and opportunities to improve efficiency.

Experience in the wellness, food, retail or e-commerce sectors would be advantageous, but alignment with our vision, commercial ability and the right attitude are equally important.
