Are you a technically minded Parts Interpreter with a passion for customer service and problem-solving? We're looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Distribution Centre in Wacol, supporting a national dealer and branch network with expert parts advice across engines, transmissions, and chassis components. This role combines technical expertise, customer support, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in heavy vehicles, diesel engines, parts interpreting, or aftermarket support who enjoys helping customers find solutions and making a real impact across the business.

About The Role

- Providing technical parts support to dealers and branch teams for engine, transmission, and chassis-related enquiries.
- Working closely with OEM partners to resolve complex parts identification and technical issues.
- Assisting customers with vendor availability, new part number creation, and outstanding order enquiries.
- Liaising with warehouse and distribution teams regarding order amendments and shipment updates.
- Training customers in the use of electronic parts catalogues and support tools.
- Contributing to inventory improvements and providing recommendations for stocking new parts.
- Supporting purchasing teams in sourcing obsolete or difficult-to-find components.

About You You are a customer-focused professional who enjoys solving technical challenges and building strong working relationships. You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter, Parts Advisor, or similar role.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks,



diesel engines, or related equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Confidence using computer-based systems and parts catalogues. Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory systems will be highly regarded.

- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer outcomes.
