Role: Pega Consultant (CDH)

location: Sydney

Fulltime (Permanent)

:

- Develop, configure, and maintain applications using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

- Configure Pega CDH components, including engagement policies, decision strategies, and action frameworks.

- Implement real-time decisioning and personalized customer interactions across multiple channels.

- Integrate Pega CDH with CRM, marketing platforms, customer data systems, and external APIs.

- Work with adaptive models, predictive analytics, data flows, data pages, and data transforms.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning,



and production support for Pega CDH applications.

- Manage decommissioning of legacy Pega applications and CDH components

, including dependency analysis, data migration or archival, integration retirement, and controlled shutdown.

- Prepare decommissioning plans, assess business and technical impacts, coordinate stakeholder approvals, and validate post-decommissioning activities to ensure minimal disruption.
