Position: Pega CDH Senior Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Senior Developer to design, develop, implement and enhance customer decisioning solutions using Pega CDH. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega platform development, Next-Best-Action strategies, decisioning, real-time customer engagement and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and implement customer decisioning solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Develop and maintain Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies, decision strategies, engagement policies and arbitration rules.
- Configure and optimise customer engagement strategies to deliver personalised, real-time customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain customer decisioning components, propositions, treatments, channels and business rules.
- Implement and manage Adaptive Models, predictive analytics and customer propensity models.
- Configure customer journeys and decisioning flows to support personalised customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Integrate Pega CDH with external applications and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP services and other integration technologies.
- Work with business analysts, solution architects, product owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimise Pega applications to improve performance, scalability and reliability.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Follow Pega development best practices, coding standards and governance processes.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews and mentoring to junior developers.
- Support production releases,



incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- Strong experience in Pega application development, preferably with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) .
- Hands-on experience with Next-Best-Action Designer and Next-Best-Action strategies.
- Expertise in decision strategies, engagement policies, arbitration, proposition management and treatments.
- Experience with Pega decisioning capabilities, Adaptive Models and predictive analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Pega rules, data pages, data transforms, activities and case management.
- Experience integrating Pega applications with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
- Solid understanding of customer engagement, personalisation and omnichannel decisioning.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, testing and deployment processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Desirable Skills

- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or relevant Pega certification.
- Pega Customer Decision Hub or Decisioning Consultant certification.
- Experience with real-time event-driven decisioning and streaming data.
- Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telecommunications or other customer-centric industries.
- Knowledge of Pega deployment pipelines, DevOps and performance optimisation.
- Experience with cloud-based Pega environments and enterprise integration architectures.

Experience Required Typically 5–8+ years of Pega development experience, including substantial hands-on experience with Pega CDH and customer decisioning solutions.
