- Strong experience in end-to-end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives
- Experience in Pega platform upgrades, workflow modernisation and digital transformation
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
- Excellent project governance, risk management and executive reporting skills
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega transformation initiatives, including platform upgrades, CRM/customer service automation and workflow modernisation
- Manage projects involving order management, case management, customer onboarding, complaints management and AI-driven decisioning
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, Pega architects, delivery teams and executive leadership
- Build strong relationships with Business, IT, Architecture, Operations,
Security and Vendor teams
- Conduct steering committee meetings and executive governance reviews
- Manage customer expectations and ensure alignment on scope, timelines, budgets and deliverables
- Proactively identify, manage and escalate delivery risks and issues
- Present project status, progress updates and delivery outcomes to CXOs and senior management
