About The Role – Support Worker / Youth Mentor (Casual) Based across Melbourne and surrounding regions, you’ll:
- Engage participants through fun, meaningful activities (indoors or outdoors)
- Build safe, trusting relationships
- Support participants to achieve growth and independence
- Document progress and collaborate with the team
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who understands that fun → connection → achievement is more than a motto — it’s a method
- Experience supporting young people, NDIS participants, or those with complex needs
- Strong communication, resilience, and authenticity
- First Aid & WWCC required; youth work or social work qualifications preferred
