Physiotherapist will provide high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services to NDIS participants and Aged Care clients across community, clinic, home and school settings, depending on individual needs and therapy goals.

Responsibilities will include

- Conducting physical and functional assessments
- Developing individualised treatment and exercise programs, supporting mobility, balance, strength, coordination and rehabilitation, and helping clients maintain or improve their independence and ability to participate in daily activities
- Progress reports and clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, support coordinators and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective and coordinated care that promotes functional independence, wellbeing and quality of life

Requirements:
- AHPRA-registered
- Bachelor/ honours in Physiotherapy
- Working with children check
- NDIS screening check
- Police check
