We need a Plant & Facilities Technician at our recently built manufacturing site in Burleigh Heads to ensure we get our amazing products into the hands of our loyal customers around the world.

What You’ll Do:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance, servicing and equipment adjustments
- Maintain and repair pumps, mixing tanks, filling machines, labelling machines, conveyors and associated equipment
- Maintain site services, including water systems, pumps, pipework, compressed air and general plant infrastructure
- New equipment installations, modifications and continuous improvement projects
- Carry out general site maintenance and minor repairs
- Maintain records and preventative maintenance schedules
- Coordinate external contractors
- Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene procedures and GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) regulations

What We’re Looking For: You are a practical, mechanically minded individual who enjoys diagnosing problems,



fixing equipment and keeping a manufacturing operation running efficiently.

- It is essential that you are reliable, have a great attitude, and a strong work ethic
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments
- Experience maintaining and repairing machinery in a FMCG environment
- Great mechanical aptitude and practical fault-finding skills
- The ability to carry out routine maintenance and repairs independently
- A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and equipment reliability
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise maintenance tasks
- A safety-conscious approach and an understanding of safe work practices
