About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) position providing high-quality clinical nursing care to patients in a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality clinical nursing care to patients, including wound management, immunisations, health assessments, and chronic disease management.

- Assist in the coordination, implementation, and delivery of preventative healthcare programs and health promotion initiatives.

- Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and confidential patient records in accordance with skilled standards, legislative requirements, and clinic policies.

- Collaborate effectively with general practitioners, allied health professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.

- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures,



infection control standards, and clinical practice guidelines to ensure patient safety and quality care.

- Participate in ongoing professional development, education, and training activities to maintain and enhance clinical knowledge, skills, and nursing competencies.

- Deliver patient education and support to promote health awareness, self-management of chronic conditions, and positive health outcomes.

- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the continuous improvement of patient care services within the practice.
