Bridge Toyota is looking for an organised, hands-on Pre-Delivery Controller to keep our vehicles, workflow and team moving.

You’ll coordinate our Pre-Delivery workshop and detailing areas, ensuring every new and used vehicle is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard—ready for the Sales team and our customers.

What you’ll do

- Coordinate daily workshop and detailing workflow
- Allocate and prioritise work to meet delivery deadlines
- Lead, support and motivate technicians and detailing staff
- Monitor productivity, quality and work in progress
- Maintain accurate job cards, invoicing and records
- Work closely with Sales, Service and external providers
- Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards
- Help create a positive,



qualified and productive team culture

What you’ll bring

- Strong automotive knowledge and technical aptitude
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Confidence managing people and competing priorities
- Experience using dealer management systems
- A proactive, safety-focused approach
- A full NT manual driver licence—LR preferred
- Pride in delivering quality work, every time
