Precast Concrete Labourer

Advanciv, part of the ATB Morton Group of Companies, is seeking Precast Concrete Labourers to join our expanding team at our new, purpose-built civil concrete manufacturing plant in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities

- Comply with workplace health, safety, and environmental standards
- Work with precast concrete products, moulds, and reinforced steel
- Perform general labouring and manual handling duties
- Maintain clean and safe work areas and tools




- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines

Skills & Experience

- Experience in precast concrete is desirable but not essential
- Steel fixing experience not required
- Ability to read plans/drawings and follow instructions
- Forklift (LF) and overhead crane experience is desirable
- Strong work ethic – reliable, hands-on, and team-focused
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- Close attention to detail and strong safety awareness
