An opportunity exists for an experienced and committed educational leader to take on the permanent role of Principal and lead the Corymbia Reserve State High School community towards improved outcomes and continued growth.

As Principal, you will provide strategic, values-based leadership and work collaboratively with students, staff, families and the broader community to develop and implement a shared educational vision focused on quality learning outcomes for every student. You will lead with integrity and purpose, establishing high expectations for student achievement, staff performance and professional practice.

About Us

Corymbia Reserve State High School will open in Logan Reserve in Term 1 2027. The school will cater for Years 7 and 8 at opening, with additional years added progressively.

The new secondary school will increase schooling capacity and provide enrolment relief in the local network.

This includes creating a positive and inclusive school culture, embedding socially just practices and nurturing strong relationships across the school community.

You will foster a collaborative environment where staff are supported to engage in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, while encouraging innovation and high-quality educational practice.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to lead with strong ethical and moral purpose, inspire others and bring people together around a shared vision. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the school's direction, strengthening its connections with the community and ensuring students are supported to achieve their best.
