Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Peak season is here, and we're looking for energetic, customer-obsessed team members to join and help deliver an exceptional experience during our busiest time of year. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative , you'll be the voice of JD Sports, supporting our customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media. Whether you're helping track an order, resolving an issue, or creating a outstanding experience, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers stay connected to the brands they love.

This is a 10-week opportunity based at our Leppington Distribution Centre, commencing 9th November.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Peak season is fast, fun, and full of energy. We're looking for customer-obsessed team players who can think on their feet, thrive under pressure, and deliver outstanding service every time. You'll bring:

Customer service experience in retail, contact centre, eCommerce, or a similar fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A positive attitude, resilience, and great attention to detail

Bonus points for: Zendesk experience, online retail customer service, and a love of sneakers, sport, and fashion!

As one of the most exciting times of the year, and we're looking for team members who are ready to jump in and make an impact from day one.

To set yourself up for success in this role, you'll need to:

Be available to start on 9 November

Commit to the full 10-week peak season period





Have flexibility to work across our operating hours:

Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday: 8:00am - 3:00pm

Love variety and flexibility. As peak trading volumes change throughout the season, shift opportunities and start times will flex based on customer demand, with additional support needed during our busiest periods.

Be able to work onsite from our Leppington Distribution Centre

WHAT YOU'LL DO

No two days are the same during peak. You'll help thousands of customers get the products they love while delivering fast, friendly, and solutions-focused support.

Put the customer first by delivering fast, friendly, and engaging service that makes people want to come back

Show up with a can-do attitude , ready to take on any task and support your team to hit shared service goals

Communicate confidently with customers and teammates in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will also work closely with our broader Distribution Centre and Retail teams to resolve queries.

Represent the JD brand with pride by staying across the latest products, trends, and promotions
