Join our team as a Process Advisor Continuous Improvement and play a key role in shaping how we design, build, operate, and manufacture remote renewable off‑grid power systems.

Reporting to the Manager of Continuous Improvement, you'll help streamline and document core workflows, ensuring our processes are efficient, consistent, and continuously improving across the business. You'll also play an important role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging best practice, collaboration, and ongoing process enhancement throughout Pacific Energy.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate end‑to‑end workflow‑mapping workshops to capture current and future‑state processes.
- Analyse workflows to identify hand‑offs, decision points, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities using CI tools such as value‑stream mapping, SIPOC, and BPMN.
- Develop and maintain process maps, SOPs, and work instructions aligned with ISO requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and version‑controlled.




- Work with Subject Matter Experts and functional teams to translate workflow insights into practical optimisation initiatives.
- Collect, analyse, and visualise workflow performance data, preparing transparent dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Engage with Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Operations, and corporate teams to embed continuous improvement practices and incorporate feedback into workflow updates.

Be part of the solution

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, or a related field
- Strong experience in process or workflow analysis within regulated or industrial environments
- Exceptional stakeholder‑engagement abilities, a confident communicator who brings a positive, approachable, and energetic personality
- Proficiency with workflow‑mapping tools, methodologies, and supporting software
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Methodical and structured approach to capturing complex workflows and maintaining accurate documentation
- Comfortable working in remote, dynamic, and multi‑site operational environments
