Keilor Private is a leading private day hospital specialising in gastroenterology and endoscopy services. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Private Hospital Billing & Administration Specialist to join our team on either a full-time or part-time basis.

This is a diverse and hands-on role that would suit someone with previous experience in a private hospital, specialist practice or healthcare administration environment. The successful applicant will play an key role in managing health fund and medical billing processes, troubleshooting claims issues, liaising with health funds and supporting a range of operational and administrative functions across the Hospital.

The role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with the Hospital's leadership team. In addition to billing and claims management,



the successful applicant will assist with patient administration, procedure bookings, credentialing activities and a range of projects and administrative tasks that support the ongoing success of the Hospital.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys solving problems. Previous experience with health fund claiming, eligibility checking, rejected claims, resubmissions, payment follow-up and specialist medical billing will be highly regarded.
