How you’ll make an impact:

- Shape smarter ways of working by leading discovery with stakeholders, understanding business challenges and redesigning processes to simplify, streamline and enable automation.
- Connect the dots across the business by bringing together people, processes and systems to create more consistent, joined-up experiences across Charter Hall.
- Turn business needs into scalable solutions by translating complex problems into clear process designs and requirements that technical teams can confidently deliver against.
- Influence priorities and investment decisions by bringing clarity to value, risks, dependencies and trade-offs, helping ensure automation initiatives are aligned to business goals.
- Drive meaningful outcomes beyond delivery by defining success measures, supporting adoption and ensuring solutions deliver against their intended business benefits.

What you’ll bring to the team

- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.




- Builds trust with our people and customers and can translate highly technical concepts into concise, what’s in it for me messages, that speak to what we do and who we do it for.
- Demonstrated track record of engaging with diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and end-users, to develop fit for purpose solutions.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (business and/or technology).
- 8+ years' experience of Process Analysis / Business Analysis / Technical Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with low-code automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Boomi, Pega, Power Platform).
- Experience with process modelling and diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart to visually represent and communicate complex business processes.
- Experience with requirements management tools like DevOps to track and document requirements and user stories.
- Robust experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
