Programmed Skilled Workforce is seeking reliable and motivated workers to join a well-established food manufacturing facility in Burleigh Heads.

We have opportunities available across Distribution, Production and Forklift Operations.

About the Roles

Each role has different duties and requirements. Please read the descriptions below and apply for the role that best matches your experience and skills.

1. Distribution Worker

- Pick the correct bread orders by walking around the warehouse.
- Follow the pick-to-light system to select the correct products.
- Place bread products into the correct customer orders.
- Push completed trolleys onto trucks for delivery.
- No previous experience required, as training will be provided.

2. Production Worker

- Feed products or materials into machines.
- Check product quality and ensure products meet required standards.
- Assist with packing and production line duties.
- - Carry out general cleaning and maintain hygiene standards.
- Assist in other areas as required, including mixing rooms, hygiene and cleaning, and the tins section, which involves repetitive manual handling.
- Previous production or food manufacturing experience is required.

3. Forklift Operator

- Safely operate a forklift to move pallets and stock around the warehouse or production area.
- Load and unload goods from trucks and designated storage areas.
- Move and stack pallets in the correct locations.
- Supply products and materials to the production line while following workplace safety procedures.




- Previous forklift operating experience and a current forklift licence are required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Forklift roles: A current forklift licence and previous forklift experience are highly regarded but not essential for all positions.
