As the business continues to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join a high-performing procurement team and play a key role in delivering commercial value across the organisation.

Your new role

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end sourcing activities, developing category strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers. You will identify opportunities to reduce costs, mitigate risks, improve supplier performance, and support the delivery of broader business objectives.Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing category and sourcing strategies
- Leading RFx processes, contract negotiations and supplier selection activities
- Managing supplier performance and fostering strategic supplier relationships
- Conducting spend analysis and identifying value creation opportunities
- Supporting procurement governance, compliance and risk management initiatives
- Partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes across multiple business units





What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or category management
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience managing supplier relationships and complex procurement activities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret spend and market data
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
