Pay rate: $90-97 + super per hour

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a large Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Procurement Specialist. In this role you will lead end-to-end procurement and contract management for engineering and professional services across a major project setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive engineering and professional services category strategies and continuous improvement.
- Develop and embed category management strategies with new and existing partners.
- Monitor contract health, category spend, compliance and reporting metrics.
- Provide procurement coaching and advice for engagements under framework agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with governance, compliance and execution requirements.
- Collaborate with project leads, engineers, site-based construction teams and delivery professionals.
- Lead commercial strategies and contract management practices to maximise project value.
- Support project closure activities through effective procurement and stakeholder engagement.

About You

- Demonstrated end-to-end procurement and contracts experience across capital studies and projects.




- Experience delivering value across engineering and professional services categories.
- Proven ability to make procurement decisions independently rather than provide support only.
- Strong category management, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical, commercial and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to knowledge sharing and team development.
- Brisbane-based and able to undertake occasional Monday-to-Friday site travel.
