/nYou'll take ownership of the Produce department and everything that makes a great fresh food operation tick./n
/n
/n From keeping the department looking its best to leading your team and driving results, you'll have real ownership and the opportunity to make your mark./n
/n
/nYou'll be responsible for:/n
/n /n
- Leading, coaching and developing your team
/n
- Managing ordering, stock levels, rotation and waste
/n
- Driving sales, margins and department performance
/n
- Maintaining outstanding freshness, quality and presentation
/n
- Ensuring food safety and compliance standards are met
/n
- Creating a positive experience for both customers and your team
/n About you /n
/n
/nYou're an experienced Produce or Fresh Food Manager who knows how to keep a department running at its best./n
/n
/nYou'll bring:/n
/n /n
- Previous Produce or Fresh Food leadership experience in a supermarket
/n
- Strong knowledge of fresh produce, stock control and merchandising
/n
- Experience leading and developing a team
/n
- Commercial awareness and confidence working with sales and margin targets
/n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
/n
- A hands-on approach and positive attitude
/n
- The ability to thrive in a busy retail environment
