Role: Product Owner/ Customer Journey Expert

Type: Full time – Perm / Contract

Location: Sydney, AU

Status: Valid visa with full working rights

Requisites:

- Experienced Product Owner or Customer Journey Expert
- Project experience in Business Intelligence/Data warehousing or related function, with at least two years of this time within the Financial Services/Banking sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable user stories and documentation meaningful to both business stakeholders and developers
- Experience in a client facing role
- Conduct workshops with business, technical and project teams
- Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of systems, data flows and elements stored across data stores




- Provide insights and analysis that are well presented and meaningful to the business to engage with stakeholders at all levels of management
- Excellent communication, process, documentation and writing skills with a keen understanding of data quality and information management principles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in a diverse team-based environment and drive the implementation
- Experience working in an Agile delivery setting
